PACKAGING:
All orders are dispatched in white padded mailing envelopes. The front label shows your name and address. The rear bears a return address label of 'Box 100, Eastwood, Notts, NG16 5FW, Great Britain'. For your discretion we do not include our name on the package. Other labelling relates to Customs and Delivery Services (where applicable).

PAYMENT:
All prices are shown and charged in UK Pounds Sterling £ (GBP).

Please make payable to 'Touchable'. Payments not in UK sterling must include the equivalent of £6 to cover currency exchange charges. Please contact us for a total cost before sending your non-UK payment.

DESPATCHING YOUR ORDER:
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. We carry a large quantity of stock. Where an item is not in stock we will manufacture and despatch immediately upon completion. Maximum mailing time is 28 days of receipt date.

EXCHANGES:
Please check goods and product labels when received. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us. We will exchange any item (excluding Made To Measure, please see below) for another size /colour/ equivalent priced product without charge if returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be unused (hosiery unopened) and in original packaging.

CANCELLATION / REFUND:
Please check goods and product labels when received. By law in the UK you have 7 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order, (excluding Made To Measure, please see below). Please contact us in writing if you wish to cancel. We will refund the goods value. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The returned item must be unused (hosiery unopened) and in original packaging.

FAULTS:
We check all items for quality before dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product please contact us first. On receipt of the defective item we will repair or replace as necessary. (Please see below regarding Made To Measure.

LOSS CLAIMS:
In the unlikely event your order is not received within 30 days contact TOUCHABLE on +44 (0)870 444 6 888. We will investigate immediately and thereafter issue a Loss Claim Form, which requires signing and returning to us. Any person using the claim system to obtain further goods without payment will be dealt with by civil and/or criminal law.

COMPLAINTS:
All complaints are serious and we endeavour to satisfy you by dealing with any incident quickly. Please contact the office on +44 (0)870 444 6 888 or by email, or write to J Franklin-Pryce, Box 100, Eastwood, Nottingham NG16 5FW setting out details of the complaint.

MADE TO MEASURE:
If paying by credit card a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken to cover waste costs should the order be cancelled. The balance will only be charged on the day of dispatch. We dispatch all such orders within 35 days of receipt.Such orders are made to the measurements you supply. Alterations are not possible. In the unlikely event of a non-measuring fault we will ensure you receive the garment fault free.

DATABASE:
We maintain an electronic database of all order details. We retain your name and address, payment and order details and certain correspondence/contact information pertaining to orders. These are kept to assist with received and future orders. Touchable is wholly owned by J Franklin-Pryce and is registered with the UK Data Protection Registrar number Z568209X. Your details are not sold, loaned or made available to any other person or business. We may mail (not email) you with Touchable offers or information. If you do not wish to receive future mailings from Touchable please contact us or state when ordering. Such information can be obtained by writing to Touchable at Unit 3 Oak House, Phoenix Road, Moorgreen, Notts. NG16 3QU - UK and enclosing payment of £3.00 If you receive any other information which you believe may have been sent through your contact with Touchable please contact our office on +44 (0)870 444 6 888.

OTHER ITEMS:
We have no facilities for personal callers. We reserve the right to withdraw items and alter future pricing without notice. We reserve the right to alter the design of goods with the proviso that such alteration will not affect the overall appearance of the garment. We do not substitute goods within an order.
